Redemption Methods of Free Parking Privileges
1. V city Customer Care Centre, MTR Level (by same-day electronic receipts)

2. "The Point" App (by The Point bonus points)

* Each customer can present maximum of 2 sets of merchant machine-printed invoices and the corresponding electronic payment slips from different merchants on the same transaction day. Spending amount on each receipt must be HK$100 or above.
Maximum 2 hours free parking privilege can be redeemed by customer per visit. Each customer can only redeem the free parking privilege ONCE per visit by same-day spending & The Point bonus points respectively while maximum 1 hour free parking privilege can be redeemed by The Point bonus points per visit.

- All free parking privileges at V city are exclusive to The Point members only, including the basic free parking scheme at the mall, promotional parking privileges, parking offers for SHKP Club Star Members and SmarTone Plus Members.
- Customers must use the same Octopus Card or Contactless Parking Service (provided by The Point app) to enter and exit the car park in order to redeem free parking privileges.
- Only private vehicles are eligible for free parking privileges.
- Public transport vehicles (including taxi), loading and unloading of goods by any vehicles are not eligible for parking privileges.
- Free parking privilege is only valid for vehicles driving into V city commercial carpark and station carpark between 07:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays).
- Free parking privilege is only applicable to vehicles at V city commercial carpark and station carpark and not applicable to Century Gateway visitor (hourly rental) carpark.
- After making designated same-day spending at V city, customers can redeem free parking hours either by presenting the original same-day merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips at the Customer Care Centre of V city.
- Monday to Friday (except public holidays): customers can redeem 1 hour or 2 hours free parking privilege upon spending over HK$500 / with 1,500 The Point bonus points or over HK$800 by any electronic payments respectively; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: customers can redeem 1 hour or 2 hours free parking privilege upon spending over HK$800 / with 1,500 The Point bonus points or over HK$1,000 by any electronic payments respectively.
- Maximum 2 hours free parking privilege can be redeemed by customer per visit. Each customer can only redeem the free parking privilege ONCE per visit by same-day spending & The Point bonus points respectively while maximum 1 hour free parking privilege can be redeemed by The Point bonus points per visit. For customers who redeem free parking privilege by same-day spending and The Point bonus points, prior redemption by same-day spending at V city Customer Care Centre is required before redemption by The Point bonus points on The Point App. No addition free parking privilege by The Point bonus points will be entitled by customers who have registered 2 hours parking privilege at the Customer Care Centre in advance.
- Any promotional redemption activities including free parking privileges accepts the receipt of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers). Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and the following are not eligible to register for bonus points: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; fitness and beauty centers; elderly homes; medical and dental/clinic services; carwash, car care services, automotive products and related service or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact SHKP Malls); tenants located at L4 Shopping Arcade of New Jade Gardens, tenants in office buildings; hotels; banking services; insurance premiums; money exchange shops; tuition/membership/any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; purchase of tickets, such as mall events or concert tickets, admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, Point Dollar, SHKP Mall Gift Certificates, V city Coupon, V city e-cash Coupon; gift cards, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
- Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay QR Code, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet).
- The highest amounts stated on merchant’s machine-printed receipts or corresponding electronic payment slips will be counted towards redemption (while discounts, the use of cash coupons, promotion coupons or promotional codes deducted amount will not be counted). For installation payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption.
- Each customer can present maximum of 2 sets of merchant machine-printed invoices and the corresponding electronic payment slips from different merchants on the same transaction day. The spending amount on each receipt must be HK$100 or above, and the amounts under HK$1 will not be counted towards bonus points.
- Customers are required to settle all outstanding parking fee and cancel the registered bonus points (if any) at Customer Care Centre on MTR level prior to refund.
- Once the free parking hours are redeemed, they can only be used on the current parking visit. It cannot be reserved for future use.
- Park-and-Ride privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other free parking privilege at V city. For Contactless Parking users, please proceed to Customer Care Centre to redeem Park & Ride before leaving. For the terms and conditions of the Park-and-Ride privilege, please refer to the relevant posters.
- The Point members can redeem free parking by points upon completion of Contactless Parking Service registration with registered car plate.
- The Point members should ensure the redemption process has been completed (redemption details such as date and hours redeemed by the Point bonus point can be checked at the “Parking Summary” page in The Point App). No refunds will be issued for charges due to an unsuccessful redemption.
- For usual free parking and/ or other special parking privileges, including but not limited to: UnionPay Card free parking, SmarTone free parking, SHKP Club star member free parking, etc., please go to the Customer Care Centre for redemption. The availability of such offers may vary among different malls. For details, please refer to the mall’s website, The Point App, in-mall promotional materials or contact Customer Care Centre.
- Unless otherwise specified, parking privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers (except the standard parking offers).
- Regular hourly rates shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the redeemed free parking hours. A partial hour is considered a full hour unless stated otherwise.
- Free parking privileges cannot be redeemed once the parking fee is settled.
- Free parking privileges are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and is subject to availability of parking spaces. V city reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the free parking privilege without prior notice.
- V city will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to third-party access to The Point App from stolen or lost personal mobile devices.
- The parking privilege cannot be split, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent coupons.

- Staff of SHKP Malls and shop staff at mall merchants (“shop staff”) whom are members of The Point membership program are not eligible to redeem free parking privileges from the SHKP mall that they work for.
- The latest parking privileges are subject to the same-day announcement at mall. V city reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms and conditions of free parking privileges without prior notice, and has the right to refuse to offer parking privilege to any questionable invoices. In case of any dispute, V city reserves the right of final decision.
