Terms and Conditions for Reward e-asy
  1. Electronic payment are limited to credit card, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Andriod Pay only.
  2. Member with single spending HK$100 or above by electronic payment at V city can redeem points by uploading and submitting the valid same-day machine-printed receipt (spending amount at least HK$100) and electronic payment slip marked with the member's name. HK$100 can earn 1 member point and the decimal places would not be counted. Only the net actual amount after deducting discount or applying coupon(s) and slip(s) would be qualified to the redemption of points.
  3. Each member could earn a maximum of 300 points per day.
  4. Member points can only be redeemed by transactions submitted within 7 days by member with a valid membership only. (i.e. Receipts issued on 21 March 2017 can be submitted by 28 March 2017)
  5. Please upload one receipt or electronic payment slip each time. Multiple receipts or electronic payment slips in one image will not be accepted.
  6. V city VIP Club redemption program does not accept receipts from the following stores and services, inclusive of cash payments, bank/investment services/Cash Dollars, online purchases, receipts of exhibitions at the atrium, any fees (parking, telephone bills, money transfer, credit card payments/loan services/ installment payment, insurance/store membership/management/traveling/medical fees and school food/institution/study materials/examination fees), the purchase of prepaid for food/bakery/moon-cake/ rice dumpling/Chinese New Year pudding coupons, the purchase and use of any coupons/cash coupons/SHKP Club cash coupons/store membership, the purchase of gold bars/gold grain/gold coins/gold investment services/banquets/postage stamps/entrance tickets, any value-adding or prepaying services (Octopus, gift cards, value cards, Bee Crazy B dollars, Groupon G coupons, ecfriend.com membership fees, EOL value cards, Meet Meet tickets, Prologue Tutorial, SinaPlay prepaying service, Yahoo online currency, Alipay cards, iTunes gift cards and Nintendo prepaid cards), ticket services (Ocean Park electronic tickets, Chinalink Express tickets, Ngong Ping 360 cable car tickets, Noah's Ark electronic tickets, Madame Tussauds Hong Kong electronic tickets, Big Bus, HKTDC Book Fair, HKTDC Food Expo, ACGHK, HKTDC Pet Show and HKCCF Expo, etc.), game point storage cards and related products, prepaid phone cards, internet access cards, add-value coupons, battery charging services, fax services, photocopying services, Visa payWave, donations and other non-retail expenditure receipts.
  7. Electronic receipt shall be machine-printed and only be valid by showing clearly the following details: Receipt issued by a store in V city, invoice number, consumption date and the amount of consumption. Re-printed, hand-written, photocopied or amended receipts will not be accepted.
  8. Only deposit but not the total consumption is applicable for point redemption in case of installment payment.
  9. Each valid invoice is only entitled to enjoy one promotion offer from V city and SHKP. Receipts used for other promotional redemption cannot be used in conjunction with point redemption.
  10. The member point is valid until 31st March 2019 and all the points will be deleted automatically without prior notice. Member shall consume the point by the valid date. All member points would be reset to zero on 1st April 2019 and please retain your membership card.
  11. V city VIP Club membership card and bonus point are for member use only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  12. All gifts and offers are limited while stock lasts.
  13. SHKP and V city retain the authority to withhold any promotional benefits from customers with faulty receipts. SHKP and V city reserve the final decision with regards to member benefits.
  14. Members are responsible for checking the quality of gifts and point balance immediately. After the redemption procedure, no return of gifts or amendment of points will be allowed. All gifts are subject to the relevant terms and conditions offered by the supplier. SHKP and V city will not guarantee and be responsible for the quality, maintenance (if applicable) or any related consequences of the goods and services provided by the supplier.
  15. SHKP and V city have the right to amend any member points without prior notice.
  16. V city VIP Club will offer a variety of gifts and programs for members from time-to-time. Members please pay attention on V city's relevant posters, official website and e-newsletters for details of latest promotions.
  17. If any member violates the terms and conditions or if there is evident proofing that the member is participating in fraudulent activity, V city has the right to suspend or terminate the membership and take action to claim for compensation for any damages or losses to V city and tenants incurred from member's violations.
  18. V city has the right to change the use of membership card, mechanism of gift redemption, member point expiry date, gift list for redemption and any terms and conditions. Members please pay attention to the update on V city's mobile app and official website.
  19. SHKP and V city reserve the right for final decisions in case of any disputes.
